Holter Monitor Hire
The Club has purchased a Holter Monitor for the use of Members and Non Members.
A Holter Monitor records an ECG of the dog over a period of 24 hours during all types of normal activity. The data is then uploaded to Alba Medical in the USA and a report is emailed confidentially back to the customer with the results.
The Monitor provides a good indication of the dog’s heart condition and whether any abnormalities require further investigation. The onset of DCM can also be detected using this Monitor.
